dinner tonight with the girls i'll be spending a week at the beach with this summer. baked whole wheat spaghetti, homemade whole wheat bread, caesar salad and toffee truffles. we talked out the details and made sure everyone is on the same page with expectations. to sum it up: relax. read. sunbath. eat. repeat. ok so got it covered! i feel so honored these ladies thought to invite me. i think we will all get along slendidly and make some wonderful beach bum memories. we'll be going to Garden City, SC... i've been there once before with hub's extended family. i am in charge of finding one restaurant to visit during the week.
it rained like crazy on the way home. when i came in bub had "made" dinner from a recipe off the internet. he said it took him forever to find something to make with what we have here :) his chocolate waffles made in the Snoopy waffle maker were quite tasty~
