Last Friday and Sat my mom, sister and I went to Columbus for the One More Time clearance sale. at the sale i bought an Ivy Jane tank that sells for around $100. online. most items at the sale were less than $5. as i said before i can't sleep the night before in anticipation of this sale...
after the One More Time clearance sale, and the Second Chance clearance sale, and the One More Time Etc. clearance sale we finally made our way to a restaurant... we went out to the short north district and found Level
love the booths... and the risotto cakes with micro greens...
walking up short north we met some snobbery at some small shops. you walk in the girls size you up and decide to welcome you or ignore you. we got both treatments. but at Brigade i was met at the door and the guy was really friendly... new store 'do you need a drink? have you been here before? can i show you how the store is laid out?' sisters take note this is how you greet a customer. now i know i don't drop $300. on a handbag everyday but i did pick up this handmade bag for $10. off his sample sale display. and he wrapped it and thanked me just the same. thanks for that. i'll come back when i'm in town!
Chocolate heaven at Le Chocoholique i took a dozen pics trying to capture the color of this chocolate. they even had the bacon chocolate that is superb.
We always stop by The Emperor's Newest Clothes by i found nothing this time.
i finally made it! last fall i found out about this bakery but it was in German Village and we just don't make it down there so much. but! now there is one in Short North so HEY HEY i made it~
mom and sis pic out the sweets
