Goals 2010 Progress

Reads: i finally got around to reading Twilight the Graphic Novel Part 1 today b/c i didn't have a review book with me. it was surprisingly good. it completely follows the book though and i thought the reviews said it would be original.

Exercise: back on the recumbent bike this morning so i can get more reading time in, stretching, walked marina w bub riding his bike

Meals: back on track with egg on toast, yogurt, steamed fish/brown rice/corn/beans mix for lunch, water, i tried Sobe's diet vitamin water- mango- and it was just ok. the boys took care of themselves this evening so i fixed a spinach salad and threw in some leftover protein and veggies.

Quiet: some turmoil going on at work so i'm just trying to duck down and take it easy... wish it were easier.
