after services this morning we visited my family and had a birthday dinner for me and my dad who share the birthday month of April and for Easter dinner bc my sister was out of town last week...
i dressed in Easter egg colors to celebrate the day and to foster good luck in the egg hunt... i've started employing WIWT's technique of layering here with a halter dress, a cashmere tube top over that and a pink vintage cardi over that, i wore my wedges from goodwill but those didn't make the pic...

this is friday night's cake from the crew at my house who think it is so humorous to call me by my official first name...
hub and i had to run the trolling motor out in the country somewhere to a boat motor fixin' guy and we stopped at The Boar's Head Deli and Grocery... i found Diet Stewart's Orange and Creme soda (yum) with only 10 calories in the bottle... and i had a premade turkey sandwich that was obviously meant for a fisherman or hunter bc there was about a half a pound of turkey on two white slices of bread, one slice of cheese and mayo.. still very good and amazing i could even eat it since we ate like apes at 1:00pm... hey this was like 7pm so... still... the more you eat the hungrier you are...i have about 5 books to go to review by Wednesday so i'm outta here!
